Some of the characteristics of our approach to equity financing include:

  • 100% loan-to-cost, equity financing available in most cases
  • Subordinate to senior debt for construction and development
  • Non-recourse in nature, but completion guarantees may be required
  • Target IRR/hurdle rate determined on a project-by-project basis
  • Significant opportunity for value creation or cash flow enhancement
  • Development agreements are considered for sponsors without capital
